Student Registration Form
Each student MUST complete this form whether attending with a school or individually.

This event is completely FREE!
This event is open to ALL High School Seniors who are residents of Camden City whether in public, charter, renaissance, private, parochial schools in Camden.
Cyber and homeschool students and families in Camden are also welcome.
Performers & Vendors Interest Form
Please complete form to express interest in performing or vending. Once your form is completed and reviewed, you will receive an email and/or phone call, if selected.
Post-Secondary Institution Registration Form
Each post-secondary institution MUST complete this form in order to attend.
College Signing Day will include opportunities to meet colleges and universities. The event is expected to draw many college-bound students, volunteers, and champions of higher education.
Please fill out the following form to register your post-secondary institution for College Signing Day. Participation includes tabling to meet and greet with accepted students and joining in as we celebrate the Class of 2024!
Registration closes April 28th.
