What is College Signing Day?
The 5th annual Camden Citywide College Signing Day will bring Camden’s seniors together once again to celebrate as they commit to their post-secondary pathways.
Launched in 2022, this annual tradition has grown into a powerful celebration honoring students from district, charter, renaissance, private, and parochial schools who are pursuing 2- or 4-year college/universities, trade and technical programs, or military service. From humble beginnings, this event has grown to recognize approximately 3,000 students, uniting schools, families, community leaders, nonprofit organizations, colleges, and local partners in support of Camden’s youth.
More than a ceremony, College Signing Day is a public affirmation of students’ hard work and bright futures, a high-energy, pep-rally-style celebration that proudly honors the next chapter in their journey beyond high school.
